Olga
Dental Assistant & Lab Tech
Coming from Kazakhstan with her husband and little daughter, Olga did not speak any English and had to learn rather quickly on her own, which we think she did beautifully. She would laugh and say that it required a lot of reading and watching movies. After a brief time in Texas, Olga and her family moved here to Huntsville. Shortly after that Olga signed up for one of Dr. Leslie’s dental assisting classes and passed with flying colors. The timing was perfect, as there was a spot available, and she became a valuable member of our Dentistry Today team! On top of chair-side assisting, Olga also handles most of the design and fabrication duties of our in-office lab. She is trained on both CERAC and Planmeca Softwares for desigining and milling crowns, implants, and more!
Patti
Patient Coordinator
Patti, our Patient Coordinator, was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts but moved to Alabama in 1978. She started her career in the dental field in an orthodontic office in Huntsville in 1991. A few years later she moved to North Carolina, where she met the love of her life, Mike. When Mike retired from the police force they both moved back to Huntsville. Both enjoy camping with family and friends. Together they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
Darneshia
Front Desk
Darneshia joined our practice as a Dental Assistant in 2021. She is a valued asset to both the front and back office, as she is currently running the front desk at the Huntvsille office. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her son.
Hiromi
Dental Assistant
Hiromi has been a vital part of our clinical team for almost 10 years. She has assisted Dr. Leslie in both the Huntsville and Scottsboro locations, and first joined the Dentistry Today team in 2012. Hiromi is originally from Japan and after moving to the United States, began her career in the dental field.
Bailee
Accounting Director
Bailee graduated Auburn University in May 2023 and joined our team in June. She handles the accounting for both of our dental offices and assists with treating patients when needed. She aspires to become a dentist and applied to dental school during the current year’s cycle!
Peggy
Peggy, Dr. Leslie’s Mother, is from Central Kentucky and attended Eastern Kentucky University, earning a BS Degree in Educational Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Peggy served as a public school Counselor, School Psychometrist, and Director of Federal Programs. After retirement, she committed to a part-time position as concierge at Dentistry Today.
