Before transitioning into office management, Crystal spent many years behind the chair as a hairstylist, where she honed her communication skills and developed a true passion for making people feel comfortable and confident. Those same qualities shine through in her role today, where she manages everything from patient appointments and insurance claims to ensuring the office environment feels like home.
Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her family, with extra special attention to her grandbabies, and sharing her hairstyling tips (she’s always happy to give you a hair recommendation or two!).
